These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tri Borough Plumbing Supply, governing your access and use of the website and all associated services. By accessing or using our website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. This agreement is effective as of 01/2025 and is subject to updates at anytime. Your continued use of the website after any such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and delivery dates (including lead times of delivery to our Tri Borough Plumbing Supply location or directly to the purchaser) are ESTIMATES only and CANNOT be guaranteed. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply is not liable for any delays in shipments or delivery.

All goods sold by Tri Borough Plumbing Supply are shipped FOB (Free on Board) origin. The transfer of ownership and risk of loss for all products passes to the customer once the goods are loaded onto the delivery vehicle, regardless of the method of shipment. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods after they leave our dock.

Transfer of Ownership (FOB Origin Terms)

All goods sold by Tri Borough Plumbing Supply is shipped FOB (Free on Board) Origin. The transfer of ownership and risk of loss for all products passes to the customer once the goods are loaded onto the delivery vehicle, regardless of the method of shipment. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods after they leave our dock.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)

At this time we do not offer international shipping but are working to make this an option available for our customers.

Return & Cancellation Policy

We accept general returns up to 30 days after receipt and defective returns up to 90 days. There’s no minimum value on returns. Store credit may apply.

Please note that all product images are only illustrations of a basic description of what the product may look like and may differ from the product being shipped. The item number listed on the order confirmation will be the item that will be shipped except if that item falls into the lead time policy. Customers will receive an email stating which items are out of stock and offer substitutions. Emails will come from triboroughplumbingsupplyinfo@gmail.com, customers will be given 24 hours to reply or the item in question will be deducted from the order.

If a product is purchased based on the image(s), however, is found to be incorrect, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the transaction. However, no restocking fee will be charged. Restocking fees are not charged in most cases. Exceptions may include general returns for special orders or discontinued items and any orders that receive customer negotiated discounts.

All non-defective returns are subject to inspection, and items deemed not new in the box may be denied or issued a reduced credit.

Tri Borough Plumbing Supply’s is not responsible for any shipping damages.

Items ordered that do not show any availability are considered special order items. These items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if the item has not shipped yet. These items, once shipped, cannot be returned, and all sales are final.

Please understand that some special order items have a longer lead time. We will try to expedite these items if possible. If there is a manufacturing issue and a special order item is delayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer the amount. All fees would be waived in these cases.

You must notify us of a claim that a product was damaged within seven (7) business days after delivery (no matter what shipping method is used). We reserve the right to deny a return if you fail to notify us of the damage to a product within seven business days after delivery (no matter what shipping method is used).

Manufacturer's Warranty and Liability

If a product exhibits any issues after purchase, the customer is responsible for following the manufacturer's warranty process. This may include the need to purchase a replacement item while the manufacturer inspects the original product to determine the cause of the issue. If the manufacturer determines the issue is due to a defect, the customer will be refunded the purchase price, minus any applicable fees or charges outlined in the warranty terms. If the manufacturer finds the customer liable for the issue, the customer will be responsible for the full purchase price of the replacement item, along with any additional fees or charges as specified in the warranty terms.

Clearance/Liquidation/Closeout items and all appliances may only be returned if found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Qualifications for a general return:

• Must be in resalable condition
• Must be free from scratches and/or defects
• Must not have been installed, opened, or used
• Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
• May not have any writing on the original packaging
• May not be missing pieces
• Must not be a clearance/liquidation/closeout item

Qualifications for a defective return:

• Return must be requested within 90 days of delivery

• Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured

Note: If the item has been installed and a defect is then found, the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and perusing the standard warranty procedure with said manufacturer. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply’s will help guide the customer through the warranty process however, due to manufacturing constraints, we may not be able to take an installed item back for return.

Tri Borough Plumbing Supply is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.

Items that are special ordered may not be returnable. If an item is defective or damaged, we will issue credit in full, provide replacement parts, or send you an exact replacement. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply reserves the right to not issue a credit if it is found that the end-user caused the damage or defect. Lead Times

Please note that all stated lead times are estimates and subject to change. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply does not guarantee that products not in stock will arrive within the stated lead time. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply does not guarantee that a product that appears in stock will be available. Tri Borough Plumbing Supply will make every effort to ship orders and have them ready as soon as possible, but due to unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur, or the product may no longer be available. Quoted Material

Material submitted online via for quoting is not price-protected unless confirmed by a member of our sales staff. We will not hold or honor pricing from previous orders without prior approval from management.
